No I'll re-phrase that &lt;br&gt;
one of the things that bugs me about him is every time you see him on telly he's always got a smirk on his face.&lt;br&gt;
I saw an interview the other day on the BBC about the help, or lack of it, being given to the hurricane victims and all through it there was this smirk on his face as if he was just saying, oh well these things happen and its not me so who gives a s***.&lt;br&gt;
